Limited release organic green tea brought in fresh from the Jiri Mountains, Handong, Korea. Sejak is also called Jaksul meaning "sparrow's tongue" due to its size and shape. Picked late April to early May and processed using a pan frying technique, all by hand. Flavour notes of roasted nuts, steamed milk and sweet vegetal.
