High mountain (1200m) oolong from China. The tea plant (Camellia Sinensis, an evergreen) develops a sweet taste when subject to sudden temperature change. When picked during this condition it gives the semi oxidozed leaves a uniqyw taste. Brews a sweet buttery flavour with a high viscosity liquor and floral orchid notes. Re-steeps very well.
