This aged white tea comes from Fujian China and is compressed into a small 4g square format from our long-standing producer, Mr Zhang. The seductive appearance of this mini-cake is due as much to the mastery of processing as to the quality of the leaves and downy buds that make up the tea.

The infusion is refined and opens with sweet flavours of dried tropical fruit and spring honey. The subtle herbal flavours are reminiscent of tall grasses in midsummer.
