Yellow tea is a category of its own, much like PuErh is to black tea, Yellow tea is in our Green Tea collection but not truly a green tea. Brews like a green tea. Smells like a green tea. Even tastes similar to many China green teas. What makes this tea special is its secondary steaming and fermenting stage, yellowing the leaves and brining out a beautiful butter-yellow cup with strong vegetal flavours. Our Yellow Tea comes from the picturesque mountain of Mount Mogan in Zhejiang Province China.
