Limited release organic black tea brought in fresh from the Jiri Mountains, Handong, Korea. Balhyo Cha goes trough a very unique oxidization process, drying out in a bamboo grove exposing then to the dew from the bamboo. Entirely hand made, tasting notes of cocoa, roasted grains, steamed milk with a honey sweet aroma.
